Welcome to Wright Agency. These terms cover your use of this website and outline the general terms of our service engagements. By using this site or signing up for our services, you agree to these terms.

Use of This Website

This website and its content, including text, graphics, images, and design, belong to Wright Agency and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our permission. You’re welcome to browse, read, and share links to our site. You may not scrape, copy, or republish our content elsewhere, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Services

Specific service engagements, including scope of work, pricing, and deliverables, are governed by the service agreement or order you sign with us separately from this website. These Terms of Service cover the general relationship between you and Wright Agency and apply alongside any signed agreement. If something in a signed service agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement takes priority.

Payment Terms

Setup fees are one-time and cover the cost of building your website or initial deliverable. Once paid in full, you own the resulting website and content outright. Ongoing services (SEO, social media management, paid ads management) are billed month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time with written notice; canceling stops future billing but does not refund fees already paid, except as covered by our 90-day guarantee where applicable.

Ad Management Fees

Ad spend is separate from and not included in our management fee. It is billed directly by the ad platform (Google Ads or Meta Ads) to your ad account. We recommend a minimum ad spend of $1,000 per month per platform to give campaigns enough budget to gather meaningful data.

Our Google Ads and Meta Ads management fees are flat, up to $5,000 per month in ad spend on that platform. If your monthly ad spend on a platform goes over $5,000, the flat management fee for that platform is replaced with 20% of that month’s ad spend on that platform instead. This adjustment is calculated separately for each platform and only affects the ad management portion of your bill, not website, social media, or blog content fees.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Once your setup fee is paid in full, you own your website, its content, and any custom design work created for you. Wright Agency retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Wright Agency provides marketing and web development services on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or revenue outcomes outside of any explicit guarantee stated in your service agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wright Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or this website.

Termination

Either party may end an ongoing service agreement at any time with written notice, subject to the payment terms above. We reserve the right to suspend or end services if payment is not received or if these terms are violated.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
