Background
Legal Ease Bookkeeping specializes in bookkeeping for law firms with a team of 10+ bookkeepers.
Problem
Their old website was built by the owner using a WordPress page builder (Elementor). This led to issues over time, as WordPress sites tend to get slower and clunkier with age. As the business increased its clientele, the owner had less and less time to work on the site. When we met Brandy at Legal Ease, the site was outdated, slow, and full of pages with thin content.
Solution
We rebuilt the site on WordPress with a fresh installation and our signature set of modern, optimized plugins. This allowed the site to remain on the same platform, but dramatically increase technical performance: loading speed improved dramatically, and the design was updated to modern standards while still retaining a professional look.
We also refreshed the branding for Legal Ease, recreating their logo and adding some new brand assets based on their logo design. We updated the font selection to a modern serif font to make the business feel friendly and approachable, while still retaining corporate appeal.
To increase conversion rates from their advertising budget, we created and deployed a lead magnet funnel to the website. Users can now request a pricing sheet for Legal Ease's bookkeeping services. This process captures the user's email for future marketing efforts and nudges clients to book a call along the way.
To ensure the conversion process was dialed in, we also audited and fixed automations in Zapier for Legal Ease. Many emails being sent automatically via Zapier were poorly formatted or confusing. We fixed this by walking ourselves through their entire conversion process, cleaning up any loose ends or bad formatting along the way.
